ok well I have a question do u think this is a scam I was lookin on craigslist 4 a car an saw a 2005 nissan altima for 2,000 I emailed her an this what she emailed me.

First of all I want to thank you for your interest for
my car (2005 Nissan Altima SE-R) . I sell it at this
price ($ 2,000 ) because i just finished the divorce
with my husband. It has only 29, 000 miles!!! The
car is fully paid off, clean title. I have title in hand.
I bought it since new and has only been adult
driven and garage kept. I just had it serviced and
put in a new battery a couple of months ago.
This car runs as good as a new one and has no
dings, dents, or scratches. The divorce has finished
6 months ago and the car is mine now. After the
divorce I was forced to buy a new house. Following
the financial crisis I can’t afford to pay the bank
and I decided to sell the car. As you can see from
the pictures, it’ s in excellent condition.
I’m very busy with my job and I’m out of town
right now so I can’t meet in person with you so
this is the reason why I chose to sell my car over
the Internet. From the beginning you have to know
that for the payment I request only secure pay. I
prefer the payment to be done using eBay services
(I will receive the payment only after you receive
and inspect the car and only if you agree to buy it) .
We will use a safe payment method because I am
affiliated with eBay and I have a purchase
protection account. The last price for this car is
$2 ,000. I will pay for shipping and handling (the
loan of my previous buyer didn’t get approved, so,
there won’t be any additional shipping costs). If
you are interested in buying it please provide me

A new trend in Chicago, at least is to make you fill out a credit report at a listing of their choice, without giving you their contact info or the location of the condo. This is the 3rd apartment listed in such a manner. The previous two were listed by 2 different individuals but all have the same price $760/month, and conditions and linked credit check website that I am sure is a re-direct and not really legit. I have no problem bringing a credit report on myself, but the previous one was worded, as is this one, that if you don’t go to this web site first she will not reveal the location of the apartment.

Hi Ed.. I thought I had this property rented to a younger couple the other day but they haven’t been returning my calls. Since I posted the ad you are the first person to contact me about the property.

The property is move-in ready and I will rent it to the first person who signs a lease. I offer 3 month, 6 month and 12 month leases. The first months rent, the cleaning fee, and any pet fees are due at that time. If you’re not yet out of your current lease that is acceptable. The property will remain vacant until you’re ready to move in.

So you know, I do not require a background check or charge an application fee. However to qualify as a tenant I require a recent credit score. This is a link to a service we trust right Here. Print the report and bring it to the viewing.

Google the reply-to email.
Google the from name.
Google the subject.
Google some phrases from email.
Google the names of the pictures attached to email.

You’d be surprised. There are several sites on the web that track fake profiles.
Some of them even collect all those sexy pictures the bot will send you after several emails back and forth. Save your time.

And when you detect a bot – flag it, flag it, flag it, flag it, flag it!!!!

The condo is located at 1901 Walnut St(is in the Center City West neighborhood in Philadelphia),Rittenhouse Square Plaza-5 min from metro,between Sansom St and Chancelor St .Near Greenfield Albert M School,Freire Charter School,Russell Byers
Charter School,School Of Moorish Science Temple and South Philadelphia High School…The condo is fully furnished with all necessary amenities(exactly like in the pics),the unit is equipped with recessed lighting, central air and heat, the condo come with two parking spots,a storage unit where you can deposit my furniture (if you don’t like it and you want use your furniture) ,there is also a linen closet, and most importantly, a new front loading stacked washer and drier…Pets allowed.
The kitchen eating area is a large piece of granite that serves as counter space in the kitchen, and as the table in the Living Room side. The counter seats 4 comfortably. It’s a beautiful place to walk the dog, take a jog, or take the kids to the swings.
